🎓 NCC Course Completed: ₹16,000 – ₹21,000
🎓 Ex Service man - ₹30,000 - ₹ 40,000

Rules & Regulations

  • Shortlisted candidates will receive call from MCF for the next round of personal interview.
  • Selected candidates will undergo a 3 months training program (March toMay).
  • The training would be free of charge, but to ensure candidates don’t leave in the midst of training- candidates need to deposit their certificates and a minimal security balance amount. A consent letter also needs to be submitted.
  • Candidates will be trained in March &April. May month would be used to assess the candidates.
  • Uniform and other needed stuff for the training needs to be purchased by the candidate.
  • All the candidates after completion of 3 months training would be handed course completion certificates.
  • Below is the brake up of the score

  • Candidates scoring 80% and good behavior will be selected as instructor in MCF.
  • Joining letter will be provided in June, and a minimum of 3 years need to be served as Instructor.
  • Selected candidates need to adhere to the company rules and regulations. If there is any discrepancies found in work or behavioral, company has the right to terminate the employee.
